Where's Pooh?

Mummy took me out for a car ride this morning to reward me for finishing my breakfast. When we got home, Grandma couldn't find my huge Pooh bear balloon. It had been floating around my room before we left. Everyone looked high and low for it ... the helium balloon is 1.5 times my size so it's a bit hard to miss. After a long while, Grandma noticed that the window in my room was open. Oh no, Pooh bear had been sucked out by the strong winds outside through the 3-inch opening! I was upset to hear that Pooh had "escaped" through the window - Pooh must have seen Daddy holding out a pink balloon by the window yesterday which was then blown away by the strong winds. We are convinced Pooh decided to play copycat.

A few Christmas presents arrived in the mail for me today. Grandad, thank you for the construction set of truck toys from New Zealand. It nicely complements the Big Book of Trucks and Tractors which Harriet and Joseph sent me - thanks to my generous friends from Oxford. I also liked the drawing you did. I immediately got my pens out and did some drawing, mostly over Daddy's hands.

Micaela, it was cool to hear from you. Have fun over the holidays. Are you going anywhere?
